My son decided it had to be served for his very perfect wedding in the hills of Vermont. WHAT??? Mother of the Groom Start to finish making a 3 tier wedding cake for the first time. I DID IT... I DID IT!!
The cake had to be baked in Connecticut at my new amazing in-laws, transported to Vermont, dissected and put together in Vermont at our cabin.
