ingredients
1kg chicken
1 1/2 tsp ginger 2 tsp garlic paste
150 grams curd
Green chilli 1 tbsp
1 mace 1 star anise few bay leaves small piece of nutmeg 8 to 10 pepper corns, 3 to 4 cloves, 3 cardomons, few cinnamon sticks
1 tbsp coriander seeds
2 tsp fennel seed
1 small lemon juice
Sliced tomatoes 3 big
1 big onion sliced
6 to 7 whole green chillies as per taste
salt to taste
750gm basmati rice washed soaked 30 minutes
salt as per rice
1 tbsp desi ghee
few drops food colour
few drops kewra water
