This is a 45 minute vinyasa class. Part 3 of the Grounding and Centering Series of classes. This practice is designed to help you connect with your breath, calm your mind, and find your center. A stronger flow with a focus on balance poses like tree pose and warrior III, as well as strength-building poses like plank and variations, this class will challenge you both physically and mentally. You'll also work on increasing your flexibility through gentle stretches and flowing sequences.
For practice, you may wish to have a block.
