We had the opportunity to take our good friends and share with them all the things we love about Ambergris Caye, so we wanted to also share it with you. We stayed at our favorite resort on the island at Portofino Beach Resort. We went snorkeling, explored the island, went fishing with our favorite boat Captain Chito, did some shopping, and ate some of the best food on the island. We compiled a list of MUST-DO things so you know where to start when you visit. We really hope you do. You won't be disappointed, I promise.
