I love fusion food because it always satisfies the craving and conflict in my head when I want three different things at the same time. This is how my brain works! 😉
If you've never fused two or three cultures together to make something amazing, here's your chance to jump right in!
I wanted to make an American Omelet, but then realized I had tons of fresh veggies that sounded great, which made me think of an Italian Frittata, except that lacked the creamy cheese aspect I was searching for. I was also interested in something delicious with the flavors of Mexico, and so, here we are!
The ingredients and instructions are listed in the video. Seems weird, but my 'secret sauce' in omelets is mayo! It always plays well with the veggies, making everything creamy with a little hint of ooh la la. I learned it many years ago and never looked back.
