australians in my audience, do correct me on my use of australian grammar in the lyrics. honestly, it's like, my fifth language... but yes hollow knight is made in australia so i did have to perform one of the parts in that language as an homage

This one was a really fun challenge! Trying to figure out all of the counterpoint melodies and so forth that are so intricately arranged in this track, plus getting it all to sound decent while still making these things in my video editing software for whatever reason was a challenge that took many hours to overcome. making these is, to say, a real challenge.

It was a journey of learning, messing up a lot in a variety of ways, but eventually, i figured, why not just wrap it up and stop dwelling on it?

I've also been trying to improve the quality of my video edition a little, to make it a bit more... cinematic? good? idk. It's all a part of a creative struggle i've been having recently, where i'm debating how to feel about the "content" i make, as i feel some level of insecurity at not making something a bit more "meaningful" (?). I know entertainment has a value and place too, and this might just be the impostor syndrome talking, but i can't shake the feeling. uh. idk. with so much going on in the world i guess we all feel some level of that. Maybe feeling that insecurity is proof that i'm self aware enough not to be making pure slop at least. eh. Idk.
anyways...

one quadrillion trevigintillion subscribers and i'll do the entire OST (im lazy) idk. Might make more of these? they're fun and you all seem to like them a good deal hahaha
Was really fun to do a boss track! I'm considering giving some more of them a crack as well.
