Join me for this 20-minute Lower Body & Glutes Focused Barre workout! This challenging Barre STRENGTH workout will bring an intense burn to your entire lower body, with a special emphasis on the glutes and some bonus core work! You'll need a set of moderate weights as well as a yoga block or slight elevated surface (optional)! Come warm and stay for the mobility at the end! My workouts are challenging and intended for progressively increasing strength by bringing muscles to near failure. SCALE BACK my workouts at any point by lowering or dropping the resistance completely and/or taking the provided modifications throughout. And pause the video as needed for rest, taking the time you need between each set!
