I’m sharing a Bulgarian split squat variation I find very useful when targeting the quads through a deep range of motion. The stretch range is important and is emphasized in the example executed. Calf to hamstring knee angle is highly recommend with a short stance and upright torso.
This exercise was performed on the Arsenal Strength Reloaded Multi-Flex.
