Aerial video of levees being overtopped on the west side of the Arkansas River across from Conway (near Toad Suck Park) and floodwaters rushing out into the fields (video includes acres of corn going under). Water is rising rapidly behind the levee. Also video of seepage under levees, levees with water high on them and Arkansas National Guard trying to fix a levee near Morrilton, AR.
