Ambica tells an upset Saloni that she has to abide by the duty of a mother but unfortunately, her daughter has no sense of her responsibilities! Veer tells Saloni that her mother and brother were compelled to attend the party but Saloni thanks him for inviting them. When Kalika goes up to Ambica, the latter accuses her of suggesting to Veer to invite them so that her family will be humiliated at Saloni's in-laws' house! Kshitij comes just then and is pleasantly surprised to see everyone waiting to celebrate his birthday! Veer asks Kshitij to thank Saloni for arranging the party, so he thanks her. Saloni asks Kalika to keep the cake ready while Kshitij changes. Kaveri complains to Ambica and Samar that Saloni not only compelled them to keep Kalika in their house but also has now bestowed Kalika with so much honour, only to hurt them! Meanwhile, Kshitij comes forward to cut his cake when he slips and lands flat on his face over the cake! Kalika can't stop laughing! Saloni takes him to his room to wash his face. Kshitij gets a phone call and is shocked that their rival company already knew about the quotation. Kshitij asks Saloni to manage the party while he goes to the office. Kshitij drags Banerjee from his house and takes him to the office with a policeman. A computer expert confirms that a mail had indeed been sent from Banerjee's ID. Kshitij accuses Banerjee of being a cheat although Banerjee pleads that he is innocent. Kshitij brings Banerjee to his house with the cop. He informs his family their trustworthy aide Banerjee gave their quotation to the rivals, and shows his mail to Veer. Brijesh is furious, so Banerjee pleads innocent but is taken to jail. Later, Brijesh and Nahar promise to take their organisation to greater heights. Veer is pleased and asks Kshitij to cut the cake. Kshitij feeds the cake to everyone and takes revenge from Kalika by smearing her face with cake! Everyone is amused. Kaveri tells Ambica that it's thanks to Saloni that Kalika has endeared herself to Nahar's family!
