In this video , I will show you guys how is life look like in a city named gading serpong which is nearby Jakarta , only 30k from the heart of Jakarta

What Is Gading Serpong?

1. Location and Size

Gading Serpong is a planned township located in Kelapa Dua district, Tangerang Regency, Banten.

It covers around 1,500 hectares.

It’s about 21 km west of Jakarta, making it relatively accessible from the capital.



2. Founders & Developers

Originally developed by PT Summarecon Agung in partnership with the Keris Group.

Later, Paramount Land joined, and eventually the developers split parts of the land so each could develop independently.

Because of this, parts of the township are often referred to as Summarecon Serpong and Paramount Serpong.



3. Difference from “Serpong”

People often confuse Gading Serpong with Serpong, but they are different:

Serpong is a kecamatan (district) in Tangerang Selatan.

Gading Serpong is in Tangerang Regency.


Key Features & Facilities

1. Infrastructure & Connectivity

Well-planned roads, wide streets, and modern infrastructure.

Good access to toll roads, especially Tol Jakarta–Merak, which improves connectivity.

Because of its well-thought-out infrastructure, Gading Serpong has become a major economic hub, not just residential.
