Can you give yourself 10 minutes a day? Can you grow that to 15 minutes? And then 20 minutes? Have a fun, quantifiable goal in mind, but keep the focus on growth and evolution. I want to become one of those annoying people who talks about doing yoga every single day. I want you to become one of those annoying people who talks about doing yoga every single day. I want you to annoy the people in your life so much that they come and watch these videos and become those annoying people who talk about doing yoga every single day and then we can start a cult.
The goal is not a bikini body or Instagram worthy poses. The goal is a new mindset. We are breaking a habit or trying to create a new one. This is an exercise in dedication. We are becoming more ourselves through intention and keeping promises to ourselves.
For now, give me the next 10 minutes. Give yourself the next 10 minutes. Give the people in your life who will get to enjoy a chilled-out version of you, the next 10 minutes. You don’t need a mat or any props, just bring an open mind and a willing heart.
