Today i will make Christmas special fruit cake

this is my bucket list recipe that I wanted to cook for long time.
I am very happy that I cooked it perfectly.
this cake especially made for Christmas and New year, it is famous for its socked nuts special brown colour and nice many aromas.
in British nuts soaked for many days but you can soak for 3 days or a day before making or you can make instant as I shown in my video.
really it is my experience that it very moist soft delicious in test.
at least make advance you will be happy to try this recipe.

Ingredients -
Soacking nuts
¼ cup dates
¼ cup apricot
¼ cup cranberries
¼ cup raisins yellow
¼ cup raisins brown
½ cup cashew nuts
½ cup mixed tuti fruity
¼ almond
¼ cup cherries
½ cup orange juice
180 ml Rum

Caramel syrup
One cup sugar
½ cup water

Cake batter
8" cake tin
Butter 200gm (1+¼ cup)
3 Eggs
200 gm powdered brown sugar (1+¼cup)
2 cup all purpose flour
Orange and lemon zest
1 spoon all spices (4 cloves+½ nutmeg+ 2"cinnamon+ 1 spoon brown sugar)
1 cup caramel syrup
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp vanilla essence

Note-
Add 2 tsp white vinegar if you are not using eggs

Baking time-
160 degree centigrade for 90 minutes
