In their iTalk session at The Consumer Goods Forum Global Summit, Scott D. Anthony and Claudia Pardo introduced the concept of “jobs to be done” as a way to organize a business from the perspective of what really matters to consumers. When implemented properly, the jobs framework can help organizations truly align around the consumer, better understand their choices and behaviors, and identify opportunities for innovation.
