This quick low carb recipe is a delicious treat you're going to love. It's a simple, moist cake with only 1g net carb, making it great for a low carb or keto diet, for weight loss, and for your health. It uses simple ingredients, has no wheat flour (gluten-free), no sugar, no cow's milk (lactose-free), and no butter. To keep the cake lactose-free, use a plant-based milk frosting. 📋 INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon of baking sweetener

4 tablespoons of unsweetened shredded coconut

1 teaspoon of baking powder

Microwave for 3 minutes.

Makes 2 servings, each with approximately 217 calories, 4g of carbohydrates (3g of fiber), 5g of protein, and 20g of fat.

Frosting:
2 tablespoons of powdered milk of your choice
1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
Water until thickened
