This easy and delicious low-carb recipe is a great option for a snack, lunch, or dinner. It has no flour whatsoever (it's gluten-free), uses few ingredients, and has zero carbs (0.1g net carbs), making it a fantastic choice for anyone on a low-carb or ketogenic diet, or who simply wants to eat healthier with fewer carbs. 📋 INGREDIENTS:
10.5 oz / 300g chicken (about 2 cups)

Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.

10 olives
Rosemary to taste

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) until the cheese melts, approximately 15 minutes.

Makes 20 servings, each with approximately 76 calories, 0.2g carbohydrates (0.1g fiber), 8g protein, and 5g fat.
