This is a super easy, affordable, and delicious recipe that'll help you replace bread. It has no flour (gluten-free), no milk (lactose-free), no egg, and no butter. It's also low in carbs (with only 0.5g net carbs per toast) and can be a perfect option for a snack or breakfast, whether you're following a low carb diet or just aiming for a healthier diet with fewer carbohydrates.
