Wow looking back at the evolution of not only my weight loss journey but my MITT WORK (shout out to one it the best coaches out there @coach_tariqel for improving my form tremendously-- watch till end)... but y'all... I still just can't believe that I really did THAT!!
I've come so far and even when I felt disappointed in having to start over (I'm extremely hard on myself)... I still NEVER GAVE UP. It really is all in the mind. 47 POUNDS DOWN AS OF TODAY!!! I truly am a WARRIOR. 🥹💪🏾
