Play and wobble while we explore balancing and strengthening poses like bird/dog, balancing downdog, tree pose, toe stand, standing head to knee, and more. Balancing can serve us immensely as we age, hence the importance of challenging it to fine-tune it. But keep it light-hearted and fun! We all fall and that's part of the journey.
Remember, it doesn't matter what the poses look like. What matters is that you've shown up for yourself and that you're working with your body and where your current level is at. Abstaining from beating ourselves up for not being further along in our journey, but being grateful for wherever we are in our individual journey.
Appropriate for a variety of levels with the option to explore intermediate variations. Expect aspects of pranayama, bhandas, and drishti (breathing, body locks, focused gaze) as we engage in the moving meditation of yoga asana.
