This is a POV video of the Gladstone parkrun, filmed on July 5th, 2025, with no commentary. The course is a hilly two-lap course with a short in-and-out section. It is on a paved pathway except for the finish, which is on grass. This run was hot and hilly.
What is parkrun? It is a free, weekly 5K event where you can run, walk, or volunteer every Saturday morning. With over 1,300 events held globally, it's a great way to stay active and connect with your local community. Thank you to all the volunteers who make parkrun possible.
