Podiatrist's Go-To Brace for 5 Ankle Problems and How to Apply it

This ASO brace is extremely versatile, accessible and affordable. As a podiatrist I use it to treat 5 different foot and ankle conditions.. I have used it on myself for at least 3 of the conditions I mention in the video. I think it should be part of every household's first aid kit. It's in mine.
