Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings: • Easy Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings WW Fr...
Sloppy Joe Shepherd's Pie:
Ingredients:
16 oz 93% lean ground turkey
12 oz Frozen corn kernels, slightly defrosted
1 medium Uncooked red onion, chopped
2 tsp Minced garlic
1/2 cup Heinz No sugar added tomato ketchup
1/2 cup G Hughes Original Sugar Free BBQ Sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp 0 calorie/point free brown sugar substitute ( I used Lakanto Brown monkfruit)
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Ground cumin
24 oz Uncooked potatoes, chopped
1 Tbsp light butter spread (I used Brummel & Brown Spread Made with Yogurt)
1⁄4 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 cup Kroger Reduced fat finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 spears Claussen Kosher dill pickle spears, chopped
Steam potatoes until fork tender. Add turkey and onions to a large pan and cook on med/high heat until turkey is browned and onions are softened. Add in garlic, ground cumin, chili powder and cook 1 minute, or until fragrant. Add in worcestershire, ketchup, bbq sauce, lakanto brown, and dijon, dill pickle spear and corn. Stir well and continue cooking another few minutes. When potatoes are fork tender, drain and add greek yogurt, butter spread, salt and pepper and mash until nice and smooth. Pour meat mixture into a sprayed 9X9 dish. Add mashed potatoes to the top, smoothing them over the meat mixture. Top with cheese Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.

Broccoli pasta:
2 oz Uncooked whole wheat penne
10 oz Frozen chopped broccoli
1 tsp Olive oil
1⁄2 tsp Minced garlic
1⁄4 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
Black pepper and salt to taste
1⁄8 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
In a large pot, boil noodles and broccoli until pasta is tender and broccoli is heated through. Drain and add back to pot. Add in remaining ingredients and stir well.
