How to mod bios on PC

WARNING: a self-modification of bios may damage the motherboard! You do this at your own risk!

This is a description of the Bios modification in the motherboard MEDIONPC MS-7728 I've made on my PC. The computer didn't start after installing a modern graphics card.
I followed the description of the user called brammie1 posted on the bios-mods forum:

Before the modification, I did a bios update to version 209:
