It’s Day #1 of your Burn Challenge! In today's workout we're going to work your entire body for strength cardio and mobility. We'll use either a set of dumbbells or a kettlebell or both. If you have both you can alternate between circuits, otherwise just use what you've got and I will give you lots of options to work to your level. Let's do it!
