長野善光寺の唐辛子で知られる老舗八幡屋礒五郎さんの紹介です
売店の奥には八幡屋礒五郎さん直営の横町カフェがありお店に入るとどのテーブルにも数種類の唐辛子が置いて
あるのには驚きました
ジェラートも一般的なものと違い味噌や生姜そして万願寺（唐辛子）の入ったジェラートは今まで味わったことのないものばかりです
そこに加えて七味唐辛子などをかけて食べるジェラートはとても興味深いものでした
七味・一味・山椒などを振りかけて食べているうちに
ジェラートとが口に入る時の感触と味わいが
癖になり次々と味わって見ました
