Chicken Hara Masala Recipe | Creamy soft and juicy green Chicken | Hara Masala Chicken

Chicken Hara Masala is a rich, creamy, and flavorful Pakistani chicken recipe made with fresh green herbs, yogurt, and cream. This restaurant-style green chicken masala is extremely soft, juicy, and full of aroma. If you are looking for an easy chicken dinner recipe, green chicken karahi, or a special homemade chicken dish, this recipe is perfect for you.
This Chicken Hara Masala melts in your mouth and pairs beautifully with naan, roti, or chapati.

🥬 Step 1: Prepare Green Masala Paste
First, prepare the green masala paste by blending:
Fresh coriander leaves
Fresh mint leaves
Almonds
Cashew nuts
A little water
Blend into a smooth paste and set aside for later use.

🍗 Step 2: Cook the Chicken
Heat oil in a karahi or pan
Add 1 cup chopped onions and sauté until light golden
Add 1 kg chicken and fry for a few minutes
Add the following spices:
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp black pepper
Whole garam masala
Sauté well until the chicken is nicely roasted and aromatic.

🌿 Step 3: Add Green Masala & Yogurt
Add the prepared green masala paste
Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
Add 1 cup yogurt and mix well
Cover and cook until:
Chicken becomes tender
Water dries completely
Oil separates from the masala

🥛 Step 4: Creamy Finish
Add 4 tbsp fresh cream
(You can also use milk cream if fresh cream is not available)
Cook for another 5 minutes on low heat
🌸 Step 5: Final Touch & Serving
Sprinkle crushed dried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)
Garnish with cashew nuts
