Ingredients-
Besan (gram flour)- 250 gms
Semolina- 50 gms
Sugar- 250 gms
Ghee- 250 gms
Chopped nuts
Cardamon/nutmeg powder
¼ cup safffron water.
Method-
Heat ghee anddd roast chopped nuts fo 2 mins.
Put 2 tbsp ghee in flour and mix well . in a pan roast flour for 10 to 15 mins. add ghee in intervals and keep roasting. Put semolina and keep roasting. Add saffron water and mix well. Keep on roasting till it turns golden brown colour. Once done keep it to cool. Add chopped nuts, cardamon powder and powdered sugar. Mix well. Make desire shape ladoos.
Because of ghee ,ladoo might loose it shape,so after some time again shape it. Keep in container.
