This is a great 5 minute warm up before you start your workout. It's important to warm up before exercising in order to prevent injuries and to get more out of your training. I highly recommend you to always warm up regardless of your age (but especially as you get older). This will also help you to achieve quicker results as you are better prepared to do your workout.
