Let’s target those triceps with trisets! Grab your dumbbells and roll out your mat to test your triceps and help increase strength!
All you will need for this tricep workout is a pair of dumbbells and your mat!
The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 8kg each.

Aim to keep elbows in during the tricep press and tricep push ups!
During diamond press, squeeze dumbbells together and aim for full range all the way to chest!
