This is my version of making Yema Cake.
Ingredients :
For The Chiffon Cake
3 egg yolks
35g granulated sugar
60ml milk
40ml vegetable oil
107g cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 egg whites
52g granulated sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
For The Yema:
397g condensed milk (1can)
4 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon zest
Swiss Meringue Buttercream:
3 egg whites
226g unsalted butter
150g granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
golden yellow icing color
For The Topping:
cheddar cheese (grated)
Oven Temperature:
170℃
150℃ (convection oven)
Cooking Time:
15-17 minutes
