1️⃣ Calculating vs Estimating

Picking up a steak and “guessing it’s 200g”… relying on the packaging… eyeballing your chicken breast…
Sis, no.
When you estimate your protein instead of calculating it, you almost always eat way below what your body needs — and this leads to low energy, slow progress, and constant hunger.
I also show you why your protein needs change depending on the season of life you’re in, your activity level, and your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE).

2️⃣ Protein & Metabolism

Protein is a messenger in your body — it transports, repairs, and communicates.
When you eat too little, your body assumes “we don’t need to burn much because we’re not doing much.”
Your metabolism slows.
Your energy drops.
Your body stops responding.

3️⃣ Protein & Cravings

Cravings aren’t a lack of discipline —
they’re a sign your nutrients are unbalanced.
