This is a 40 minute boxing for cardio + dumbbell dull body strength workout that will challenge you and get you to feel the burn. Make sure to have a couple of sets of dumbbells. Plus there is a workout bonus finisher at the end! This is the fastest way to get results!

Boxing is one of my favorite workouts to teach - you'll burn fat, burn calories, get strong, feel fit & really badass. Shadow Boxing is a total body cardio workout that you can do at home, at the gym, outside, or anywhere. Please have water & a towel nearby; you will sweat!
