Superset 1: 40 seconds of work 15 seconds rest
cross body press
bent over row
Superset 2: same timing:
arnold press
bent over fly
Superset 3: Same timing
hammer curl to lateral raise
tricep kickback
Finisher
20 seconds on and 10 off x 5
push up pulses
