41 Min Outdoor Workout – Calisthenics Foundation Day – Natural Strength, Falls & Real Improvement

Today I completed a 41-minute outdoor public garden workout, focused on foundation strength and basic calisthenics training.
I started with full warmup:
Full arm circles, arm rotation & different mobility drills
Leg warmup, knee rotation
Neck exercises & neck circle
Floor touch stretch
Then I moved into my main strength practice:
Different types of handstands using tree support
Bridge pose pushups
Frog stand
Monkey hang for wrist strength and grip power
Chair pose hold
And my hardest, favorite movement: Monkey walk on trees + monkey hanging
An important moment — I fell down during the free bridge pose, because it is genuinely a tough skill.
But overall it was a great day, strong practice, and real improvement in balance, strength, and control.
This journey is 100% natural, raw, and real.
