Today I completed a 28-minute top roof basic workout, focused on foundation strength, stretching and flexibility.
I started with:
Full arm circles
Arm rotations
Different arm movement drills
Leg warmup & knee rotation
Neck exercise & neck circle
Floor touch for flexibility
Wall-supported back strength exercise
Main highlight:
Free Bridge Pose – a hard and powerful movement to build back strength, mobility and body control
This session was all about improving my stretching, flexibility and natural body strength.
Overall, it was a strong, powerful and healthy day.
