Do you feel like somehow you could be happier, but you just don’t know how? I do too. I’m inviting you into my mind as I answer my own questions about what makes us who we are and why we do the things we do. And how we can all get better together.

Having been on this planet for over 53 years, I’ve had plenty of ups and downs. That’s just how life is. As a child of people who struggled with mental illness and addiction, I have also inherited some extra baggage along the way. Thanks to hundreds of books, lots of therapy and thousands of hours of podcasts, I have made a beautiful life for myself, and I believe it’s possible for everyone.
