Visions of chocolate flying onto my floor and walls have deterred me from tempering chocolate for the longest time. All that has changed now with this workshop and tips on another easier method involving seeding.
We were also introduced to Mr Bucket’s bean-to-bar chocolates made right here in Singapore with a wide array of flavours.
Some classic ones like strawberry and coffee,
some unique ones like pepper and earl grey and
some quirky ones like salted egg and kaya toast!
Their chocolate workshop was very informative and we loved being able to temper our own chocolate without having to clean up after it ;)
