Ep 02 | I'm Hittin' the Road | OT2 Traveling from Canalbrine to Oresrush and Partitio Chapter 1

The journey continues! A brief summary in case you didn't watch Ep 01. I chose Castti as my starting character and did her chapter 1... that's it. This episode starts right where episode 01 left off. I decided to finish up some things in Canalbrine: start sidequests, inquire of townspeople, ect... Then I headed off toward Oresrush exploring the Western Canalbrine Coast, Canalbrine Bridge and almost the Lair of the Usurper... I got Northern Conning Creek Coast on the map and also explored a bit of the Northern Ryu Sands and Southern Oresrush Wilds. Once I arrived in Oresrush I looked around town, inquiring and starting sidequests again, and then finally went to talk to the most dapper man in the west, Partitio. The rest of the episode is me playing through his chapter one. Spending my money irresponsibly, and finding many good songs throughout his story (and humming to them way too often) including a particular song with electric guitar... if you took the time to read this, well, thankee kindly. I hope you enjoy today's episode as much as I did :)

I am a huge fan of the Octopath series. I played the first game (Octopath Traveler) about a year ago and fell in love. I was so touched by the amazing stories, music, and overall game design that I then dedicated the next year of my life to writing and editing a 2 hour video essay discussing the stories and the impact they had on me... and my favorite funny moments lol (considering I had 156 hours of gameplay this is impressive. These games are big... rpgs be like) -    • OCTOPATH: The Game that Changed my Life   - So if you are a fan of the series, or want a nice summary for the entirety of the first game, feel free to check that out :) And having finally finished that colossal project I'm finally here, free to play Octopath Traveler 2, and once again experience an amazing journey... This is a story you won't want to miss.
