This Gluten Free Brownie Brittle tastes great! I swapped the regular flour in the original recipe for King Arthur Measure for Measure Gluten Free Flour and it worked well. I stored the Homemade Brownie Brittle in an air tight container and while it didn’t stay as crispy and crunchy as when it first cooled it was still tasty. With it being cut into squares all of them had edges which is the favorite part for some people.

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup (60g) King Arthur Measure for Measure Gluten Free Flour
1/4 tsp. Table Salt
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Large Egg Whites
¾ Cup (148g) Granulated Sugar
2 Tbs (11g) Unsweetened Cocoa
¼ tsp. Espresso Powder, Optional, for Enhanced Chocolate Flavor
¼ Cup (50g) Vegetable Oil
½ tsp. King Arthur Pure Vanilla Extract
½ Cup (85g) Chocolate Chips
