Resistance loop + reformer = 🔥🔥🔥 This workout is killer on the outer thighs especially, but will get you workin and shakin from head to toe.

If you don't have a resistance loop no worries, you can still enjoy this workout without one. But I've linked some below if you're looking to get one, or in a pinch you could tie a Theraband in a circle and that should work just fine!
