It’s been a while since my last check-in, and I’m excited to bring you up to speed with everything happening during my prep for the 2025 season! We’re just 5 weeks out from my first competition, and I’m sharing a real, behind-the-scenes look at my macros, energy levels, training volume, and how I’m managing everything with a super packed schedule.

I also dive into some honest talk about injuries, low testosterone, and how I’m juggling the demands of running a business while trying to get stage lean. Spoiler: I’m currently doing zero cardio due to time constraints and relying heavily on caloric restriction to make progress.
