Spiagge a Setubal Portogallo 2 : Praia da Lagoa de Albufeira e Praia das Biscas

La Praia da Lagoa de Albufeira è separata dal mare da enormi dune ed è ubicata all'estremità meridionale di una lunga striscia sabbiosa che ha inizio a Costa da Caparica. Questa spiaggia, circondata dalle pinete, è caratterizzata da acque tranquille, ed essendo esposta ai venti dei quadranti nord e ovest presenta buone onde per molti giorni all'anno, il che la rende molto apprezzata per il surf, il bodyboard e lo skimboard.
I lavori di ristrutturazione della riva meridionale della laguna di Albufeira, completati nel 2013, hanno migliorato notevolmente l'accesso a questa spiaggia.

Praia da Lagoa de Albufeira is separated from the sea by huge dunes and is located at the southern end of a long sandy strip that begins at Costa da Caparica. This beach, surrounded by pine forests, has calm waters and, being exposed to north and west winds, has good waves many days of the year, making it a popular spot for surfing, bodyboarding and skimboarding.
Renovation work on the southern shore of the Albufeira lagoon, completed in 2013, has significantly improved access to this beach.

Praia das Bicas is a quiet beach located on the southern side of the Mondego River estuary, in the municipality of Casa do Infantado, Portugal.
