Scaling up to meet rising demand, Zimplats has tripled smelting capacity with a new 38-MW Hatch furnace at the Selous Metallurgical Complex.
We delivered full EPCM services, enabling a leap from 135,000 to 380,000 tonnes of concentrate per year. The result? A future-ready facility that cuts CO₂ emissions by 300,000 tonnes annually and reduces fine particles by nearly 90%.
