Hi Friends, Friday's class will be an entire hour.
I'll train you in 3 parts each 20 minutes. Do the whole workout, or get it done in parts when you can. It does not matter if you do it all at once. In fact, there are studies that have proven that doing small workouts throughout the day is a great way to change up your routine to increase results of fat loss and muscle gain.
Each part is 20 minutes:
Part 1: Warm-up plus
-Foam Roller moves
-Perfect 10 move warm-up
-Cardio HIIT/SIT (TIMESTAMP 9:30)
Part 2: Strength with Weights (TIMESTAMP 22:14)
Part 3: Ab/Core challenge and stretch with foam rolling (TIMESTAMP 42:20)
