Thanks to @xandrineayla for reminding me that I have these tools to move sticky, gunky energies and emotions through me.

The past few days have been quite heavy-- death, accidents, pain, suffering, lots of constricting tight energies. I had to cry...I am blessed to be able to cry to release. But despite crying, I still felt like there was stuff that was still begging to be released.

Today, I was alone at home, all boys away, so I treated myself to some yummy movement as a gift for #internationalwomensday 🌺🥳
