Brevard Zoo | Florida’s Most Unique Zoo Experience

Come with us as we explore Brevard Zoo in Melbourne, Florida! This zoo is one of the most unique zoos in the country! Brevard Zoo is located on Florida’s Space Coast, about an hour from Orlando and offers incredible experiences you won’t find anywhere else, including the only guided kayak tour through animal habitats in the United States.

In this video, we take you through all four main sections of the zoo:
🦒 Expedition Africa – giraffe feeding, zebras, rhinos, and more
🐗 Lands of Change – parrots, babirusas, Komodo dragons, and cockatiel feeding
🐊 Wild Florida – alligators, black bears, bobcats, capybaras, and bald eagles
🌿 Rainforest Revealed – jaguars, monkeys, otters, and a treetop observation area

We also check out the Caribbean Trail and the Paws On kids’ area, which features a splash pad, petting zoo, stingray feeding, and hands-on play zones.

Even though Florida’s signature afternoon rainstorm canceled our kayak tour, we still had an amazing time exploring this zoo. Between the animal encounters, interactive scavenger hunts, and unique exhibits, you could easily spend a full day here.
