Dealing With Repressed Anger ∥ Tap For Joy

Dealing with repressed anger and other repressed emotions is so important in overcoming chronic pain. TMS, or Tension Myositis Syndrome, explains the physiology and psychology of chronic pain. This is the mind body pain mechanism behind back pain John Sarno discovered. Part of the Tension Myositis Syndrome treatment is identifying and dealing with repressed anger that may be causing the body to divert attention toward pain and away from uncomfortable emotions.

If you have undiagnosed chronic pain it’s important to identify and release repressed emotions that may have been bottled up for years. This video shows four strategies for identifying and dealing with repressed anger.
