This is an easy 30 minutes feel-good prenatal reformer pilates workout. In this video I am 37 weeks pregnant and I finally pushed myself to film the prenatal workouts I have been doing on the reformer since entering the third trimester. This is a short, easy workout meant to feel good, stretch and activate the muscles, but do what feels good to you and of course check with your doctor first!
