Filmed by Paul Larsen ( / all_red_at_rana ) in February of 2025. With no knowledge of the impending scrapping of the Trona's ex UP SD40-2s, my dad traveled up to Searles Valley in February to grab some shots of the Trona hitting the grade at Pinnacles, past the siding at Navy and up at the interchange at Searles. Revel in the never-to-be-repeated sound of 6 Trona SD40s hauling a huge train of loaded cars up the grade at Pinnacles and crawling up the grade past Navy!
