Hi everyone and welcome to today’s pilates for weight loss class. We won’t need anything for today’s class. Just your gratitude and energy for the gift of movement. Movement is medicine and I want to say thank you for showing up today for yourself to take time to care for yourself and I really hope you enjoy this flow. Remember to engage your core and when we are laying down and you want to tuck your naval into your spine so you can connect to your deep abdominals. Also focus on your breath and go slow. We are going to start on the mat laying down for the first exercises and then stand for the second half. I’m so excited for this practice today. We have no repeats and will work for 40 seconds and rest for 10. Let’s go!
❀Time: 30 Min
❀40 seconds ON/10 seconds rest
❀Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 40 Seconds. After 15 seconds of rest, continue to the next move.
